| Parque da Floresta is an ideal base for a holiday, being equidistant from the
West Coast with it's rugged beaches and the city of Lagos.The tourist rsorts of
Salema, Burgau and Praia da Luz are all within easy reach. The "city" of Lagos, with its spectacular Marina from which you can take boat trips and try your hand at paragliding and other water sports, is 16 kms. away. There are a wide variety of restaurants and you can eat food from a different country every night if you so wish - Chinese, Brazilian, Italian, Vietnamese, Portuguese, French cuisine are all to be found in Lagos. During August the shops stay open until midnight and there is street entertainment and dancing in the square. Going the other way is the old town of Sagres and Cape Saint Vincent with it's spectacular lighthouse. Many of the voyages of discovery were planned at Prince Henry the Navigator's fort and there is now a museum here depicting those voyages. |

| Guests staying at the villa are entitled
to a concessionary discount of 40% on the golf green fees. The
resorts other facilities, two bowling greens, four tennis courts,
outdoor heated pool, children's pool, the Health & Beauty Spa
and gymnasium are also available, but at local cost. Horse Riding is available at the nearby Tiffany's Riding stable near the village of Almadena where they cater for all levels of ability. A Childrens Fun club, with activities for all ages is available to guests during the summer and daily or weekly tickets can be bought. There is a modern supermarket and petrol station in the nearby village of Budens, which is a five minute car ride away and fresh bread is available there every morning. Both the supermarket and the petrol station are open seven days a week until late. |

The Villa Villa Cinco ao Cubo has a small entrance hall to the right of which is the spacious living / dining room and the kitchen. The principal bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is straight ahead and a fight of stairs leads down to the three remaining bedrooms. The Living room:- is tastefully
furnished with good quality furniture, comfortable sofas and
armchairs and a dining table and chairs for eight people.
There are two sets of patio doors leading out onto the upper
terrace, where there is a built in barbecue and table and
chairs for outside dining. |

| The Kitchen The kitchen has recenty been refitted with new units and has a gas hob, electric oven, stainless steel large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A washing machine and sink are in the adjoining laundry room. |

| The Bedrooms The master bedroom suite, which
leads off the entrance hall, has its own bathroom, with jacuzzi bath
and separate toilet, plus patio doors which open out onto a private
terrace which in turn gives another access to the roof terrace. There are three further bedrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. These bedrooms are all furnished with twin beds and have ample wardrobe space. All three have patio doors which open out on to the pool area. |

Other Information The house has full gas fired central heating, with radiators in every room plus
a wood burning stove in the lounge and so is ideal for winter/ spring lets when
the temperature can be quite chilly at night. |
| Getting There The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Parque da Floresta takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway to Lagos and from there on the EN 125 to the resort.
