| This spacious villa,on the Parque da Floresta
Golf & Leisure Resort is built on three levels, and located within handy
walking distance of the resort facilities. Spa Floresta and the fully
equipped gymnasium are just 100 metres away for that early morning
workout or tai chi class.The restaurant, golf reception and club house
are an easy walk away . It is located with views over the Parque da Floresta Golf course and towards the sea at Salema. The Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure Resort is an ideal base for a family holiday, being halfway between the bustling city of Lagos to the east and the ancient fishing port of Sagres and Cape Saint Vincent to the west. The Resort is part of the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve which supports local flora and fauna and guided walks are available. Guests staying at the villa are entitled to a concessionary discount of 40% on the golf green fees. The resorts other facilities, two bowling greens, four tennis courts, outdoor heated pool and children's pool are also available, but at local cost. The Spa Floresta Health & Beauty complex and gymnasium are literally at the bottom of the drive and the golf reception, golf course and driving range are five minutes walk. |

| The villa approach is via a steep drive with steps; the hallway, kitchen and
three of the bedrooms are all on the lower level.A short flight of steps leads to the
separate dining room which has a large dining table and chairs and then more
steps lead to the living room. This room has magnificent views from a large
picture window, is comfortably furnished and equipped with digital satellite
television and video.There is a door which leads directly to the rear garden and
clothes drying area. The master bedroom suite, accessed from the other side of the dining room, has a king size double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out onto a terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units, a ceramic hob and oven, microwave,toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus an iron and ironing board. Patio doors lead directly out onto the pool terrace. Two of the other bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds, (one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room) and the third bedroom has a double bed. All have fitted wardrobes with mirror sliding doors. There is a further full bathroom, with a shower unit and heated towel rail. All the rooms are equipped with electric radiators and the living room also has a fireplace. The large rectangular swimming pool, which can be heated at an extra charge, is surrounded by sun terracing,which is sheltered from the wind by the position of the house. There is a built-in barbecue and sink in one corner of the terrace and sunbeds are provided together with table and chairs for outside dining. Maid service twice per week plus a linen change at the end of the week is included in the price of the villa. |

| Getting There The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Parque da Floresta takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway to Lagos and from there on the EN 125 to the resort.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking and the balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the holiday. Please Note: Pool Heating ( if required) is an extra £130 per week |
Note:- Casa Ben can be rented in conjunction with Casa Floret ( next door) for larger parties
