Located on the new development of Quinta do Montinho, an offshoot of the Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort, Casa Aromere is a delightful property built at the end of the second tier and with it's own small kidney shaped swimming pool.It has extensive views over the golf course and the surrounding countryside and beyond, away towards the Atlantic Ocean.Alternatively guests can take advantage of the large, heated communal pool and sunbathing areas on the development itself and visitors to Quinta do Montinho are also entitled to 30% discount on green fees at Parque da Floresta.

The closest beaches are Boca do Rio, beautiful but with no facilities, and Salema, which is busy in the summer but boasts a safe, sandy beach with plenty of beach bars and restaurants.The nearest modern supermarket is in Budens, well within walking distance, and this is open every day of the week until late.

The house itself has been furnished to a high standard by the owners. The hallway leads to an L shaped living room, with a small cloakroom off to the right.There is an arched hatch into the kitchen from the dining area and a log burner for the winter months. Digital satellite television is installed.Patio doors lead to a small terrace furnished with table and chairs where guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or just enjoy the wonderful view.

The compact kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher.

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with an integral shower over the bath. Patio doors open out on to the garden and the pool, ( which can be heated at an extra cost).
The other two bedrooms are furnished with single beds and there is a further separate bathroom serving these two rooms, one of which also has patio doors out to the garden.

Maid service twice a week and a linen change at the end of the week are included in the rental price.

The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Parque da Floresta takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway to Lagos and from there on the EN 125 to the resort.

Please telephone or email to confirm availability. Change over days are flexible and we will always try to fit in with guests requirements. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking and the balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the holiday.

   Please Note: Pool Heating ( if required) is an extra £75 per week
