The house itself has a very interesting layout, as it has been built on different levels, with the latest air conditioning in the living room and the four bedrooms. 
Hallway & Kitchen
To the left of the hallway is a cloakroom and to the right is the kitchen. This is fully fitted with white modern units and is equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate utility room off the kitchen.
Living Room
The dining area is on the same level as the kitchen and has a large dining table and chairs for eight people. Steps then lead down to the living room, which is comfortably furnished with cushioned sofas and chairs. There is an air conditioning unit and also a wood burner for the cooler evenings, plus digital television and a small stereo unit.  Four sets of patio doors, lead out on to the terrace, where there is a table and chairs.
Bedrooms
On the next level are the bedrooms,  two with an en-suite full bathroom, ( with double wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle ) and two with an en-suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All have mirrored built in wardrobes and three bedrooms have patio doors out on to the pool terrace. 
Pool & Terrace Area
There is a further door out on to the pool, which can be heated at extra cost, and is sheltered by a purpose built glass windbreak. The garden area and sun terrace offer complete privacy and are equipped with table chairs and sun loungers: there is a built in barbecue and sink on the lower terrace.

The villa has full air conditioning throughout, plus a wood burning fire in the lounge for cooler Spring and Autumn evenings when the temperature can be quite chilly.
There is ample parking space provided and the villa has a small safe for the security of guests.

All linen and towels are provided. Maid service and towel changes  twice a week, plus a linen change at the end of the first week are included in the price.
