Villa Kelly Louise is one of the earlier and more distinguished villas at Parque da Floresta; it's entrance is via a sweeping cobbled driveway. Recently refurbished to a high standard the villa has air conditioning throughout.

The Lounge & Dining Area
The entrance hall, with a small cloakroom to the right, leads directly into the spacious L shaped  living / dining room, which is comfortably furnished with  three two seater sofas and a dining table and chairs. There is a television, which receives the free to air English channels, a DVD player and a log burner is installed for cooler evenings. Five sets of patio doors lead out on to the extensive upper terrace

The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor and all are furnished to a very high standard with matching bed covers and curtains. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a double vanity unit and completely separate built in shower cubicle.

There are four further bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite full bathroom and the other two share a bathroom; three of the bedrooms have twin beds and the fourth has a queen size double.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. Directly off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate pantry area for dry goods..

The Top Terrace extends around two complete sides of the house affording panoramic views over the golf course and open countryside with the sea in the far background. A flight of steps leads down to the pool and arboretum.
