The villa has been built in an inverted L shape, with a driveway sloping down from the road. On entering the house there is a hallway with the living room / dining room and the kitchen off to the left and the four bedrooms off to the right each on an ascending different level and each with it's own small terrace. There is also a roof terrace for more private sunbathing.

The living room, which can be accessed directly from either the kitchen or the hallway  is furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs and has satellite television and DVD player. There are three sets of patio doors leading out to the covered terrace which is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining. The kitchen has fitted units and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker etc.

The four bedrooms, of which two have en-suite bathrooms, (with integral shower units), all have fitted wardrobes and patio doors out on to their own  terrace. One of the bedrooms has a  double bed and the other three bedrooms are furnished with twins. There is a further full bathroom with integral shower and a small cloakroom off the hallway.

The large rectangular pool has the benefit of the sun throughout the summer, from early morning to late evening, while the extensive sun terrace is sheltered from the wind by the position of the house. The pool can be heated for guests at extra cost, ( See table below) Sun loungers and an umbrella are provided for guests and there is a built in barbecue for summer evenings. Car parking is within the grounds.

Maid service twice a week, plus a complete linen change at the end of the first week is included in the price of the rental.

The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Parque da Floresta takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway to Lagos and from there on the EN 125 to the resort.
