The Villa

The house has a small entrance hallway, to the right of which are three bedrooms and bathrooms, to the left is a small cloakroom and a door leading to the kitchen, while directly in front is the dining area, with a curved staircase up to the main bedroom suite and the lounge.

The Kitchen and Dining area
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units and is equipped with oven/ hob, toaster, microwave,  fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The dining area is accessed directly from both the hallway and the kitchen. Well furnished with a large table and chairs to accommodate eight people, there are two sets of patio doors leading directly out on to the lower terrace and barbecue area.

The Lounge
The lounge, with three sets of patio doors, leading out on to the upper terrace, (which  has a glass top table and chairs), is comfortably furnished with matching chairs and sofas. There is digital satellite television, a video, CD and stereo music centre for the entertainment of guests, plus magnificent views  over the golf course out towards the sea from the terrace
 

The main bedroom suite is on the first floor. This bedroom has it's own terrace with wicker furniture which is reached through a set of patio doors. It  is impressively furnished with a king sized double bed, built in mirrored wardrobes and has an en-suite full bathroom.

Three further bedrooms lead off from the entrance hallway. One bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with an additional separate shower cubicle. There is a queen sized bed in this room, which also has mirrored wardrobes. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds, mirrored wardrobes and share a full bathroom. All three bedrooms have patio doors which open out onto the sun terrace and the swimming pool.

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with overhead electric variable speed fans.

Villa Jan  is set facing south within well maintained lawned and landscaped private gardens, looking out over the 17th. green of the golf course.
The kidney shaped "weir" pool,  (which can be heated at extra cost ) also has a jacuzzi facility at one end and is surrounded by paved terracing for soaking up the sun. Sun loungers are provided and there is a built in barbecue on the lower terrace for outside dining.

Other Information

The house has full gas fired central heating, with radiators in every room plus a wood burning stove in the lounge and so is ideal for winter/ spring lets when the temperature can be quite chilly at night.
The house can be let as either a 3 bed, ( sleeping six) with the principal bedroom not available to guests, or as a 4 bed, ( sleeping eight ). Please see 2 separate price lists below for details.
The house has a small safe for the convenience of guests.
Maid service twice a week, plus a linen change at the end of the week is included in the rental price. All linen and towels, including beach towels are provided.

The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Parque da Floresta takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway to Lagos and from there on the EN 125 to the resort.

Please telephone or email to confirm availability. Change over days are flexible and we will always try to fit in with guests requirements. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking and the balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the holiday.
