Casa Vista is located on the small development of Quinta do Montinho in the village of Budens. The houses have been built in tiers on the hillside affording superb views over the countryside and out towards the coast. Quinta do Montinho is an offshoot of the Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure complex and guests who want to play golf are entitled to a concessionary green fee. The resorts other facilities, bowls, tennis, horse riding, the Health & Beauty Spa and gymnasium are also available, but at local cost.

Quinta do Montinho has it's own shared pool and childrens pool for the use of guests. There is a large terraced area with loungers, tables and sun umbrellas for sunbathing. Changing and cloakroom facilities are also provided in the pool area.

The house is situated on the second tier at the end of a terrace of four similar houses and has a gated private garden, which is partly lawn and also has planted palms and hibiscus. There is also a rotary clothes airer. At the front of the property is a private parking area.

The front door opens into a small hallway and cloakroom, with the living room straight ahead, the kitchen off to the right and a stairway to the left leads down to the three bedrooms.

The spacious living / dining room is comfortably furnished with two deep sofas, coffee table, bookcase, satellite TV and VCR, plus a dining table and chairs to accommodate six to eight people. There is a ceiling fan to cool the air in summer and a log burner for warmth in winter. Two sets of patio doors open out onto two separate terraces, which are furnished with table and chairs for outside dining or for just sitting and admiring the view.

The kitchen is fitted with modern units and is fully equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine. There is a wide range of cooking utensils and also sufficient crockery and glassware for eight people.

The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom. It is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrored sliding doors, plus patio doors lead out into the garden.. There is also a small safe provided for clients use.
The second bedroom is furnished with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and again patio doors opening out onto the garden.
The third bedroom has been furnished as a single room and can be used to accommodate an occasional extra Z bed for a child or a cot.
There is a second full bathroom to service the 2nd. & 3rd. bedrooms and all the bedrooms have electric radiators, with additional heaters in the two bathrooms, which makes the house suitable for letting all year round.

Maid service twice a week, plus a full linen change at the end of the first week is included in the rental price, ( beach towels are not provided ).

The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Parque da Floresta takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway to Lagos and from there on the EN 125 to the resort.

Please telephone or email to confirm availability. Change over days are flexible and we will always try to fit in with guests requirements. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking and the balance becomes due 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the holiday.
