Casa Rita is one of the most recently built village houses at
Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort.As are all the village houses, it is
located near to the club house, restaurants, the fitness centre, the Spa and the
swimming pool complex. Guests staying in the house are automatically entitled to
use the resort outdoor swimming pool and childrens pool. Golfers receive a 40%
discount on green fees. There is a modern supermarket & petrol station in
Budens, 2 kms from the Resort.
The house has been tastefully furnished to a high standard of
comfort. The living / dining room, which is on the first floor, has been brightly
furnished in reds and blues, with comfortable sofas and dining table and
chairs.There is a log burner and also an electric radiator for the cooler
months, plus digital satellite television.Two sets of patio doors lead out on to
the sun terrace and there is a spiral staircase leading up to the roof terrace,
from which there are spectacular views across the golf course and the rolling
countryside towards the Atlantic Ocean beyond.
The compact kitchen, leading directly from the living room, is fully fitted with
modern units. It has a hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing
machine and dishwasher, ironing board and iron.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, both furnished with single beds and with patio
doors.The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while there is also a
separate full bathroom.Both bedrooms are fitted with electric radiators and
there is ample wardrobe space.
Maid service twice a week plus a change of linen at the end of the week is
included in the rental price.
There is a parking space adjacent to the house.
