The Villa.
Casa Margarita is situated on the
third tier of the development, with excellent views
over the countryside and the village and like all the houses has been
furnished to a high standard. The entrance hall, with a small cloakroom to the
left, leads directly into the spacious living / dining room, which is
comfortably furnished with two three seater sofas and a dining table and chairs.
There is a television, which receives the free to air English
channels, a DVD player and a log burner is installed for cooler evenings.
Patio doors lead out on to a partially roofed terrace, with table
and chairs for dining outside.
The extended kitchen, which also has a breakfast table and chairs is well equipped with modern units, hob and oven, microwave,
toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.
There is a small cloakroom off the hallway and a staircase leads down to the three bedrooms on the ground
floor.
The principal bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath,
w.c, washbasin and a completely separate shower cubicle. It is
furnished with a double bed and has floor to ceiling wardrobes with
mirror sliding doors. Patio doors lead out into the small private
garden.
Bedrooms two and three are furnished with twin beds and share a further full bathroom
which has a double wash hand basin and a bath with an integral
shower unit with a glass shower screen. The larger of the twin bedrooms has
patio doors into the garden area. Both the bedrooms are
equipped with mirrored wardrobes.
There is ample parking space provided and the house has a small safe
for the security of guests.
Maid service and towel changes twice a week, plus a linen change at the end
of the first week are included in the price.
