This delightful holiday apartment is ideally situated for the person who likes to be within reach of all a resort has to offer, without the hassle of having to drive everywhere. All the facilities of the Marina are right outside the front door and the magnificent Meia Praia beach, which encompasses the whole bay of Lagos is just down the road. Cross the bridge over the seaway and you are in the centre of the city, with its many restaurants, tourist attractions and of course the bustling night life. The Apartment has a magnificent view over the boats docked in the Marina and out over the city towards the mountains. The balcony catches the afternoon and late evening sun, which is ideal for relaxing evenings dining outside on the terrace or just sitting and admiring the view. Guests may also use the pool facilities at the Marina Aparthotel during the summer season at local cost, paid either daily or weekly. |

| The Apartment is comfortably
furnished throughout and comprises:- The living / dining room has two deep sofas, dining table and chairs, a television, video and DVD player. There are large patio doors leading out onto the terrace, which runs the whole length of the apartment. To one side of the living room is the kitchen, which is fully fitted with white modern units. There is an oven / hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing board, iron and toaster. |

| The Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which have a small
balcony and look out past the old railway station, (now designated a
historic building) towards Meia Praia beach which stretches all the
way along the bay of Lagos. Bathrooms:- there are two full bathrooms, each with an integral shower over the bath. The Terrace:- runs all along the front of the
apartment, with patio doors from the kitchen, the living room and
the third bedroom. Sun loungers are provided and there is a table
and chairs for outside dining or just to sit with a glass of wine in
the evening and admire the view over the boats moored in the Marina. |

The apartment has
electric radiators in every room for winter/ spring lets when
the temperature can be quite chilly at night. |

| Getting There The nearest international airport is Faro and flights arrive from most British airports every day during the summer. Hire cars can be collected outside the airport building and the journey from Faro to Lagos takes 45 minutes along the A22 motorway, coming off at Junction 2 for Odiaxere. |

availability. Change over days are flexible and we will always try
to fit in with guests requirements. A non refundable deposit of 20%
is required to confirm a booking and the balance becomes due 6 weeks
prior to the beginning of the holiday. |
